The mop's rotating motor spins at a high velocity and is pushed down with 2.2lbs of force, effortlessly cleaning up dirt and stains. I've also noticed that the front arms stick out slightly more than other robots, which can be helpful to get into tight corners and on baseboards. The same front arms can also be used to pick up larger objects such as books and toys that have been damaged.
Another great feature is that the S1 Pro is one of the quietest robot vacuums and mops I've ever tried. It doesn't make the same volume of sound while vacuuming or mopping and is much quieter than the Narwal Freo X Ultra or RoboRock S7. The S1 Pro is only limited by the fact that it needs to use a proprietary mopping solution and is sold separately. It's easy to install and works well however it's something you'll need to keep an eye on when you purchase this vacuum solely for the reason of mopping.

The app lets you create 'No-Go Zones' as well as virtual barriers to prevent certain areas from being cleaned by mop.
We also discovered that the Matrix Plus did surprisingly well at picking up hair of pets. It was able capture an enormous amount of hair that our cats shed, and even found its way into the nooks and crannies of our stairs while other robots struggled. The Yiko X1 Omni
The X1 Omni robot vacuum is the most expensive in our review. However, it has some unique features which make it worth looking into. The X1 Omni's main draw is its massive dock that serves as the robot's charging base and the housing for two 4-liter water tanks, a sink for cleaning, and a 2.5-liter dust bin that is automatically eliminates.
The base also has a variety of control buttons that allow you to start cleaning, recall the robot, or run the dock's auto-emptying process. Hold down two buttons to turn off the child lock which is a great feature for parents who are worried about kids tinkering with the vacuum.
Like other robotic vacuums the Omni Omni uses its camera to identify furniture and obstacles in its path, and then avoid them. Its True Mapping 2.0 navigation system maps your home 10 times faster than conventional laser detection systems and is four times more precise in recognizing objects.
Unfortunately this means that the X1 Omni can occasionally become so entangled with an obstruction, such as an electrical cord dangling across a rug, that it gets stuck and stops working until you free it. While it was not common, it was a frustrating experience when it did happen particularly since the X1 Omni doesn't come with a "stuck" status alert in its application.
The X1 Omni cannot automatically switch between mopping and vacuuming mode during a cleaning session. You'll need to manually switch between the two modes, which isn't too bad except for the fact that mopping pads aren't washed and dried between uses which could lead to mildew or mold.
The X1 Omni looks great, thanks to the Jacob Jensen design team (of Bang & Olufsen fame), who created its sleek modern base and mopping pad. It's a big change from the utilitarian all-black bases that are used by rivals like Roborock and iRobot and a pleasing view in a market that is dominated by bulky boxes and clunky models.
